The Salt Spring National Art Prize (SSNAP) is a biennial competition and exhibition of Canadian visual art. Established in 2015, SSNAP has become one of the most prestigious art awards in Canada and seeks to recognize, showcase, and publicize the accomplishments of Canadian visual artists.

As the SSNAP Operations Manager you will bring strong organizational skills and a commitment to the visual arts to delivery of the SSNAP programming, while expanding your network in the arts community at the local, provincial, and national level.

Able to thrive within the Creative Sector, you appreciate art and artists, and are passionate about the vital relationship between visual art, community, and culture.

Whether you come from a background in the public, private or not-for-profit sector, your secret weapons are your positive attitude; outstanding service orientation; and your ability to collaborate as a critical member of a team.
