Memories of past experiences have often resurfaced to the present day and prove to be relevant to current events. “Reflecting Back” is one of those memories. Over the past year, I have been thinking more about past events, people, and personal interactions with others because the future has been so uncertain. When the future is unclear or blurred by current events, I find reflecting back has clarified for me what is important and how to proceed forward.
