Catalyst Grants

This program of Catalyst Grants offers support to visual artists based in the Southern Gulf Islands to deepen their artistic practice and explore new concepts. The program focus is on innovative concepts that push the boundaries of what an artist has done in the past; highlighting creativity, innovation and quality of the artistic practice and endeavour.

The program also provides an opportunity for local artists to consider a future submission to the Salt Spring National Art Prize, the Parallel Art Show or contribute to other SSNAP-related activities.

SSNAP has partnered with the Wilding Foundation who has generously funded this program
