As a creative and maker, I have developed a deep connection with plant fibre. The dialogue that has arisen between material and maker has given rise to a slow methodical practice that has evolved from creating solely traditional basketry to objects of art and sculpture. I create contemporary sculptures that lend texture, beauty, and a sense of calm to our living and working spaces.
