Garry Kaye, a Canadian visual artist known for his hyper-detailed acrylic landscapes inspired by the natural beauty of Salt Spring Island, British Columbia, where he was born and raised. A graduate of the Vancouver School of Art in sculpture, Kaye developed a unique painting process using photography, digital editing, and a self-made grid system to render intricate scenes square by square. His work captures the complexity of wild, untamed nature – moss, tangled brush, and filtered light – with remarkable precision.
